New York in Belgrade is the closest description of our latest in a series of projects we are launching in 2019. The Loznička 8-10 project is modeled after the prominent New York “Cartier” building, which is a blend of traditional English and contemporary New York architecture, made of high quality brick, natural stone, glass and decorated with greenery. This facility indicates a kind of oasis of peace and tranquility tucked away in a quiet street in the heart of Vracar in the immediate vicinity of the famous Milesevska Street. The expected start of construction of this project is planned for spring 2020, and the realization of the same for the second half of 2021.
